History of Haven

The Creation Arc

The Creation of Haven

Haven was founded when six people: Visage, Alextris, Annabelle, Deidral, Isabella, and Everfrost, left their abusive regime to start a life free from manipulation and abuse. They vowed to never allow that kind of cruelty that would risk an unborn child’s life to ever flourish again, establishing a haven on the moon of Yavin IV. Shortly after Haven was established many came to its doors seeking refuge, and a community was started. Everfrost’s mother, Xeleria quickly appointed a government and filled its roles to keep peace and order. Two months passed in relative silence with the new government in place, Haven was growing as a place of safety, security, and refuge. They had also begun the process of forming alliances with other factions, one being Twilight Resurgence. Even though the alliance is with an Empire loyal faction they continue to strive to be a gray community for all.

The Pirate Embargo

After two months on Yavin IV, successfully beginning to grow after breaking free from their past tyrant, the people of Haven would face their first challenge. A band of pirates blockaded the planet making their shipments come every two or so weeks instead of weekly. The blockade put enough strain on the people that the council decided to make it an urgent mission to be dealt with. Leading the charge against them was Grand General Visage Grimm. He and five other members began preparations to take down the pirates.

As Haven began to grow larger by the day, the pirate embargo on Yavin IV caused it to fail to serve as an appropriate refuge. In light of this, Haven reached out to Alderaan officials to build a bigger and better home. However, the end of construction on their new Headquarters was unable to be estimated. Due to these circumstances, the Haven's High Council decided to purchase a temporary Safehouse on Dromund Kaas to accent their growing Kingdom.

Traitor in the Council

Soon darkness befalls Haven once again in the form of one of their own Councilors. Councilor Deidral began to behave in an obscene manner and was put on trial. He was judged to be removed from his position by the council but retaliated and was sent into exile. A period of rebuilding was required after the fallout that hit Haven from the trial of the former councilor and the wake of destruction that it caused. However, once that rebuilding was complete Haven had returned to the galaxy stronger than ever. During this time they were radio silent when it came to talking with those outside of Haven, spare the occasional party Councilor Alextris would go to trying to ensure that Haven’s name remained unscathed, even amid Deidrals attempts to sully it. During this time Darth Altum was killed, and that Darth Tireen was missing as well unbeknownst to Haven. That is until Alextris who was filling in for the role of Difice and Xeleria was contacted by Mugak, the brother of Altum. During their first meeting terms were laid out that the council didn't agree upon. Only time would tell if a solution could be agreed upon.

A few days later Mugak requested another meeting with Xeleria, and the councilors who were available, one which was promoted moments before the meeting after impressing Xeleria, Councilor Marcier had gotten his first taste of diplomacy as the head of the Force Users from that meeting. During this meeting terms were struck and the Alliance between Haven and Twilight Resurgence didn't unravel, but held firm and seemed stronger than before.

The First Hutt War Arc

The Hutt War

Little did the council know how vital the new treaty would be when the Hutt cartel attacked their people enroute to the Hope. Furious, Xeleria reaches out to Mugak and pleads for assistance in returning her people. Mugak agrees and preparations start. Fearing that the Empire’s assistance may not be enough to wage war against the Hutt's, Xeleria also reaches out to the Republic but is denied any assistance.

While preparing their attack on Voss, Xeleria and Grand General Visage find that not only are their people trapped there, but that the pirates that embargoed Yavin IV have also made their primary base on that planet. Outraged, Xeleria orders the complete annihilation of all pirate resources on the planet in hopes of flushing out the slug that oversees the operations, but first they must gain permission from the Voss-ka to land their troops. It is up to Councilor Marcier to just that. Councillor Marcier leads a group into the temple of healing to gain the approval of the Voss-ka mystics and secures their blessing by passing a series of trails to land forces on the planet’s surface.

Over the next few days attacks on the forces are successful and the slaves are rescued. Shortly thereafter a transmission is intercepted that the Hutt, Slimeball, will be making an inspection of the planetside facilities due to non report. Haven brings the report to their Twilight Resurgence Allies and the Hutt, along with an escaped Pirate Captain, is captured. After releasing Hutt into Imperial custody Xeleria spoke with Mugak, where she announced that Haven had decided to side fully with the empire in light of the Republic’s inaction - at least for the time being.

The Treaties of Non-Aggression and Non-Interference

Justice was long delayed for Slimeball, taking place shortly after the fall of power for the Hutt’s on Nar Shaddaa. Xeleria was appointed as one of the magistrates for the trial, and called as witness for the atrocities of the event as representative for Haven. After testimony Slimeball was sentenced to many years of torture before public execution, restitution for the medical expenses also to be paid.

This made Xeleria reconsider her position on the full alliance with the Empire, as it had gone against everything she had put in place for Haven. Because of this, she brokered a Non-aggression treaty between both the Empire and Republic. This allowed Haven to remain as an independent kingdom, and prevented outside interference from the two galactic superpowers.

New Allies Arc

The Joining of Tsad'Kandosii

Some of the Mandalorian clans find themselves at odds with Adria, the self proclaimed Mand’alor. Her beliefs do not match up with the Mandalorian way of duty, honor, never leaving another behind.  She's in it for self glory, and not the glory of their revered Gods. She's forcing some into servitude, taking away the possibility of using their abilities in the force, or anything that could make them stronger than her.  This fear caused a deep wedge to start driving itself between some of the clans.

Fear of a mutiny, Adria struck out at the clans she feared would betray her.  Those that dared to think of the purpose of Mandalorians and the Resol’nare rather than her desires. Getting wind of this attack, those that were in these clans retreated in the night, just before the jump into Wild Space through hyperlanes. By the time they would be found missing, it would be too late to turn back.

Now, the current group, still Mandalorians, has to gather allies for the imminent battle to come.  Whenever that may be…

Signed Treaty of Non-Aggression and Mutual Support with Tsad'Kandosii

New Age Treaty of Nonaggression and Mutual Support

On behalf of Tsad’Alor The Beast, an alliance is to be formally signed between the Independent Kingdom of Haven, and the Clans of Tsad’Kandosii. This herein by states that both organizations, are to abide in by the following:

  • New Haven gains the right to travel through the Tsad’Kandosii Sector unimpeded by hyperspace lane Tariffs and Station Taxation.
  • Mutual knowledge and information networks will be shared at the discretion and of the heads of both entities, on a direct effect basis. Therein if one party is affected by the information negatively by its withheld state, it must be shared.
  • The Clans of Mandalore exercise exclusive rights to any and all Beskar, Beskar’gam, or other Mandalorian artifacts, effects, or weapons and machinery that may be provided by any shared intent exercises and operations, unless specifically authorized by Tsad’alor Drokarin.

The Second Hutt War Arc

At War With the Hutts Once Again

The minor scuffles between Haven and the Hutt Cartel have spiked after they glassed a planet on the edge of Mandalorian space. Tsad’alor Drokarin and Xeleria decide that it is time to pull out all the stops. War has been declared and there will only be one survivor. There is no surrender or mercy.

With the war between the Hutts and Mandalorians raging on, The Hutt Cartel struck a heavy blow to Tsad’Kandosii with the capture of their second-in-command, Vallus. After a week of being contained in Carbonite the Mandalorians and Haven, along with some unexpected allies in the Czerka Corporation, were dispatched out to Nar Shaddaa after security footage showed where they were hiding Vallus. A long and rough firefight broke out upon the start of the operation with Czerka Corporation firing the first blaster bolt in order to give the Mandalorians and Haven the chance to sneak their way in. Upon entering the facility the group would be met with heavy resistance in the form of 100 Gammorean Guards and hanging high above them was Vallus's Carbonite block

After a long and drawn out struggle Lezhra the Hutt would reveal herself sitting high above in a Hutt throne that had weapons built into it with the click of a button she managed to take out the majority of the support forces that was brought into the mission in terms of K'rath'naar verd, and Czerka Security Captains, while Clans Vizla and Fett were blasted through the wall. It looked rough, but in the end Haven and the Mandalorians prevailed and Nit'la'da struck the killing blow on Lezhra leaving behind nothing but blood and guts. What would happen next they would not be prepared for as upon thawing Vallus out they would see the grim sight before them of how they took his right arm and left leg, and beat him to a pulp.

Chief Medical Officer Everfrost and Al'verde Tiiyanna would begin working on Vallus but as they worked Everfrost would try to cauterize Vallus's wounds with electricity only to cause him to flatline it wasn't until Tiiyanna performed some amazing CPR that she was able to bring Vallus back but between the misuse of Morphine from Tiiyanna and the application of Epinephrin Vallus's heart would begin to race. It would take the combined efforts with the force between Everfrost and Antinanco to cause Vallus's heart rate to stabilize. Once he was stable enough the group managed to load Vallus onto a med-evac on the way to the Havens hope they would need to perform emergency surgery to repair several internal organs that were causing internal bleeding. Now with Vallus aboard the Haven's Hope and in a Medically induced coma what will be next for the Mandalorians and Haven? What will the next move be as they now see the type of message the Hutts send. One thing is certain when Vallus returns the Hutts will have the wrath of Kad brought down on them.

The Last Salute to the Fallen

After the resolution of the war against the Hutt Faction, with thousands of casualties, Vallus held a mass reading of final rites:

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting hues of gold and crimson across the rugged landscape of Mandalore, Vallus stood alone at the crest of a makeshift stage. His usually vibrant purple and yellow armor had been replaced with somber gray beskar, a testament to the gravity of the day's solemn gathering. Behind him, rows of pyres stood solemnly in newly-dug trenches, their cold forms suggesting the promise of finality and farewell yet to come.

Weighed down by the crushing reality of what had transpired, Vallus drew a steadying breath. In his heart, the echoes of fallen battles clashed with the whispers of responsibility, urging him to remain steadfast for his kin. The silence was palpable, a living entity wrapping around him and the gathering. Yet, breaking in the silence was the gentle rustle of Mandalorian armor as the crowd began to assemble, clusters of allies and families grieving under the bruised sky.

Vallus descended from the stage, greeting each pyre with reverence. The air filled with hushed prayers spoken in Mando’a—a language of strength and unity—as he traced sacred sigils above the warriors resting beneath. With each whispered apology—a concession of personal failure—he laid his hand gently on the cold metal encasing the souls who had fought alongside him. These were not just comrades; they were family. Their absence was a void that seemed as endless as Mandalore’s night sky.

Returning to the podium, he removed his helmet, setting it solemnly beside him. The unveiling of his face, usually reserved and impassive, was itself a gesture of the raw vulnerability known only in true grief. Torches flared to life around the stage, their flames casting flickering shadows that intertwined with the last vestiges of daylight.

“Brothers and sisters of the Mando'ade,” Vallus began, his voice resonating with a blend of pride and profound sorrow, “tonight, under these ancient stars, we gather to mourn and honor our kin, whose bravery and sacrifice shall never be forgotten. As Mandalorians, we willingly accept the harsh realities that accompany our path—the inevitable dance with war, the shadow of death ever near. Yet, no forewarning could have cushioned us for the cruel hand that fate has dealt in recent days.”

He paused, letting the weight of his words settle, the grief palpable as he scanned the multitude of faces—a sea of warriors who suddenly seemed battered by more than just battles. “The warriors we honor tonight were more than comrades. They were our family. Arms that once held weapons against the dark now rest, leaving scars that cut deeper than any blade.”

Vallus’s voice, though unwavering, carried an undercurrent of heartfelt lamentation. “In the bitter chill of this loss, it is natural to feel the fire of vengeance. We yearn to repay every tear, every fallen comrade, with a vengeance that echoes across the stars. But I implore you, let today not be consumed by the hunger for retribution. Today, I beseech you to embrace the vulnerability we share. Allow yourself to mourn, to feel. Our strength is not diminished by our grief, but enhanced by our humanity.”

The assembly listened intently, a connection deepening with each articulated sentiment. Vallus envisioned a future—a living tribute that would forever link their community with those they had lost. “Here, where these pyres burn, we shall create a sanctuary of remembrance. When the flames have whispered their last goodbye, life will begin anew. Flowers, trees, and vibrant life will bloom, a lasting tribute marking the courage and spirit of our departed.”

He continued, his voice steady, carrying the promise of resilience. “In the heart of this garden, a memorial will rise—a true testament etched with the names of every brave soul we have lost. I invite you to bring offerings of flowers, to leave tokens of love and remembrance. Let each tribute be a testament to their lives and our enduring bond.”

As Vallus paused, the assembly remained rapt, each word weaving a tapestry of shared experience and noble tribute. “Join me in a final act of homage,” he entreated, “as we sound our beskar with solemn purpose. Let us strike ten times, each pound resonating as a call of respect and strength to guide their spirits onward.”

Turning to face the smoldering pyres, Vallus’s voice rose, clear and commanding, “For the fallen!” The call ignited a unified response, the metallic rhythm of beskar pounding in unison, a thunderous melody echoing through the night—a shared heartbeat that promised remembrance.

“And now,” Vallus continued, “we partake in the sacred tradition of sending our fallen brethren forth upon the flames. May our prayers ascend alongside the fire’s glow, a bridge between our world and the divine, that Kad might hear the earnest pleas of our hearts.”

As the pyres were lit, each flame reached skyward, casting a vibrant hue over the gathered mourners. Vallus stood vigil, head bowed, the flames casting shadows that danced like spirits set free. The sight was both somber and beautiful—a powerful reminder of life’s fleeting nature and the eternal bond of family.

After a reverent period, Vallus turned back to the gathering, his voice firm with resolve yet tender in compassion. “Stay as long as you need, reflect in silence or fellowship, and when you are ready, place your gifts at the site of our future memorial. I am deeply grateful for your presence tonight. May the gods harbor you safely in the days ahead.”

With a respectful bow, Vallus stepped down, the glow of the flames at his back. Though the weight of the evening remained heavy, there was a sense of unity and hope among his people. They would honor the dead, nurture the living, and, in time, walk forward with the strength and pride that defined them as Mandalorians.

One Planet's Problem is Haven's Mission

Thanks to the efforts of the ground team led by Hy'kus, Darwan, and Xeleria, a forward base was successfully established on the previously unnamed planet recently discovered near the edge of Mandalorian space. The planet was previously thought devoid of sentient life, but during the initial exploration mission it was proven to be inhabited by a primitive sentient species. Said species being afflicted by a commonly occurring form of viral rash that is easily transmissible, and treated. Thanks to Hy'kus and Darwan's quick thinking, they were able to gain the sentient's trust as well as establish a forward command base on the planet. Who's to say what will happen next…

The Osiris Arc

Building for the Future

At one time, Haven was merely seen as a sanctuary, a safe place for those who were forced to leave their homes and find a way to survive. Many flooded her ranks to escape repression and death in the years since Haven’s birth, but it is only in the last year that Haven has grown.

Ten months pass in relative quiet after the retrieval of the depleted soul siphon. Ten months have passed since the leaders of the Kingdom searched for a place to call home. In this time, Haven and her allies have flourished.

Kajuuti was their new home and with it came new people, new friends, and new families. The Kajiiti, the native feline-humanoid species, allied themselves with the forces of Haven and freed themselves from repression by opening up their home to the people of Haven. Together, they prepare for the new Era and many Kajiiti have joined the ranks of the Military, Intelligence and even the Force Enclave, all now built on their new planet.

While construction at home thrives, Haven Security Division, lead by Tyez’rilla, and the Haven Defense Division, led by Jak Ryiea, have expanded to the surrounding worlds. Several outposts and bases remain as a beacon to those seeking sanctuary and multiple shipyards prepare for expansion. The Force Enclave, led by Master Hy’kus thrives under his dominion and welcomes Force users of all pasts.

Their allied Mandalorians, the Tsad’Kandosii, have acquired their new home on the nearby planet of Tatooine. While Clan Atin, led by Tsad’alor Drokarin, is deep in the early stages of rebuilding on Tatooine, Aliit Tal’galar, empowered by their Alor Keida Voxx are heading up supply lines from their new home to Kratoa, Kajuuti, and Yavin. Yavin is where Aliit Marez, rallied under Alor Chad’lek Marev, calls home and has built a full-fledged training and hunting grounds. It is on Yavin that Marev trains their engagement strike force and field medics.

Riap’assik, the Head of Underground Relations, maintains herself as the shoulders in which Haven resides on. Their supply runs, item accruement, and dealings keep Haven fed and maintained.

Each of these individual factions and elements make up just a small puzzle piece. However, together, they are Haven and Haven is ready to shift to the future.

Declaration of War

After a few skirmishes with an odd force, Xeleria addresses the people of Haven in a declaration of war and a welcoming of new faces:

[In the ceremony room] Xeleria had called a kingdom wide ceremony. Her image being broadcast via holo for the rest of the citizens that wished to watch. The presence of the Mando'ade was requested as the announcement she had would affect them as well. She sat regally in the center throne, wearing a set of gold and black armor that was reminiscent of a Mandalorian with a gorgeous crown on her head that almost no one had ever seen her wearing - Apart from Visage and her brother, Difice. Her tone and demeanor dripped with an authority that was not normal for the woman. It left no room for her words to be questioned or contested.

"I have gathered everyone here to make an important announcement regarding the path this kingdom will be taking. We have constantly found ourselves on the brink of war with the Hutt Cartels which has caused our resources to become embargoed, and at times cut off completely. And yet we won, time and time again. Now we face a new challenge. A darkness that seeps into the galaxy as a whole, and is a risk to everyone's futures, not just Haven’s."

"This moves us into a transition from peace to vigorous war, one on a scale we have yet to encounter as a kingdom. Due to this it is important for us to use all of the resources we have available.  Everyone here has known me as the face of this kingdom. Kind, unyielding to atrocities, and a person who has promoted prosperity for all under our banner. However, I am well beyond my prime. We now need a face of wit, strength, and determination. A face that is full of youth and vigor. In the past year I have interacted with this new face, and seen his devotion to his people and causes. It is my great honor to Welcome T'sad'alor Drokarin and T'sad'Kandosii to Haven's council. Though they will always remain their own people, their voice shall be present in our matters. With their experience, tenets of honor, and refusal to give up, they will be a beacon for our people as well as their own. Pushing us to be stronger, wiser, and more ferocious."

"In times past this kingdom has had its wrath and its voice. Me being the voice and my brother being the wrath. In this new era we shall keep this tradition. As I continue to embody our voice, my close friend Junh will embody the wrath. I am honored to introduce her to you all once again, this time as Handmaiden to Haven. In the case that any of the council is deemed to be unfit for their role, then they may be removed from their stations by council vote. As is our way and traditions. While we are starting a new era, it is not without remembering where we came from."

"Some of us have been ripped from the overwhelming grip of slavery. Others have fled from persecution. Meanwhile even more of us have sought to make a home when ours has been stripped away from us. We have always kept our roots as a way to guide our future, and even while we are thrown into the midst of another war this shall remain true. We are Haven, safety for all and from all who dare to break that peace. Let us ride gloriously into battle against this new enemy as we continue to bring safety, peace, and prosperity to all those who have sought us out - and all those who will."

An Undead Battalion

Battles rage on against this new, and yet still nameless, enemy. One thing is clear though, a Sith Alchemist is pulling the strings. Between cults, alchemy altered beasts, and captured relics there is no room to question. A three-tiered strike is levied against the cult’s forces. Tsad’alor Drokarin and Alor Marez stand as the leading forces in the ground battle, while Captain Viktor of The Belly leads a force against an odd ship in orbit.

The ground forces are overwhelmed by cultists on the surface and undead in the underground caverns. Meanwhile, in space, Captain Vik and those with him faced an odd type of living mechs that were a struggle for everyone. The battle rages on with Alor Marez clearing out the temple through some very creative tactics, however underground Tsad’alor Drokarin’s forces are facing something unprecedented.

A large Sith Spawn was discovered, causing Daemya to take a risky maneuver - channeling the spirits of the deceased Mandalorians in a final battle against the hoards of undead and Sith Spawn. Meanwhile, the rest of the team destroys the crystals used to protect the Sith Spawn, opening it up to be damaged. The ground battle ends with the team burning any trace of the undead bodies before rendezvousing at the extraction point.

Meanwhile, in space, the boarding party is overwhelmed and they retreat from the flying dutchman of a ship, finding their way to an Imperial ship that they raid for a resupply. The battle is considered a victory, though the war is just beginning.

Osiris

Kresh finds himself being pulled through the force to an unknown planet with an unknown temple. There he finds a holocron with the details on how the soul siphons are created and used. An expedition is set for the planet, named Talan, to uncover more where in several Mandalorians go missing. A second team is sent out and while there, the expedition team comes into contact with a primitive species that is weary of their presence. Especially the purebloods. Thanks to some more quick thinking by Daemya, rudimentary lines of communication are opened with the natives.

The Talan expresses the danger of the temple, and reluctantly leads the expedition party to its entrance. A general sense of foreboding fills everyone in the team, but they push forward needing to save their own people and a few of the Talan as well. Once inside they fight a pureblood who has a nasty habit of reviving. Before he finally dies though, he is captured for questioning.

The team continues on into the facility until they come to a room with several cages, and equipment that signify experimentation. Inside the cages are the missing verde, now corrupted and distorted into undead. The call is made by Tsad’alor Drokarin and Alor Voxx to end the suffering of the verde, which is done so by burning the bodies while in containment. There are a few uncorrupted Talan that are released back to their people, but the solemn event is not eased by their return. A base is set up on Talan for future Tsad use.

The captured pureblood is sent to one of the Underworld Trade’s black sites, where he is questioned by Xeleria directly. In the process she enters his mind and comes face to face with man behind all the attacks and gets a name: Osiris

The Royal Red Wedding

The middle of a war is not usually the best time to have a wedding, however morale is low and Xeleria is tired of waiting. The event day is set and the guests gathered. Things start off without a hitch, but half way through the ceremony the Hope is attacked. Everyone gathered starts fighting with a fury - in the end causing the forces to retreat. However, it is not without death or stress. Hundreds of Haven and Tsad personnel die, while several more are critically injured. To top it all off the assailant was a formerly defeated enemy: The Pirate Queen Rit.

The Destruction of the Tsad's base on Tattooine

The fight against the revived Rit forces continue, each side having wins and losses. However, the strike against the Tsad’s base was expected but did not go as planned. A trap was set by General Jak Ryiea using his ship the Valor. The ship ends up going into critical condition and a ship wide evacuation is called. The pods land in the blistering heat of Tatooine. The group is hunted by pirates tracking them through the desert, a few battles ensue causing major injuries to a few.

After they are clear, the group heads to the Tsad base for resupply and communications only to find it has been destroyed in the process. Dark Strider, HSD’s stealth ship, retrieves the marooned team and brings them back to friendly space.

The Downfall of Lieutenants

Battles continue to rage all through Haven controlled space against Rit’s forces, each one pushing just a little closer to victory. One such battle leads the alliance into a fight within a cave system where they face another familiar face in the form of a Gen’dai. The forces facing the enemy take no chances as they fight hard and take him down, burning his body into oblivion to prevent him coming back - again.

Later on, the allied forces take the fight to Rit’s forces having tracked them. They board and storm the ship where they find Rit’s second lieutenant, a Trandoshan. He is also taken down, but not without a loss. Toran, a young Aliit Atin warrior, was pulled into space and killed by lack of atmosphere.

The End of Rit

Taking the loss with a vengeance, the combined forces of the Tsad and Haven attack Rit’s flagship. After boarding, the group took down the group that had rushed to defeat the party before making their way up to the bridge. Once on the bridge it was an attack on sight, everyone working together to defeat the pirate queen.

When she was facing her imminent defeat, she remotely set the ship to pilot into the nearby sun. Her attempts were thwarted when Nyx sliced into the ship's controls and changed its course for Haven space. There were several injuries, including Nova being hit with a necrosis bullet, but the team prevailed - ending the pirate queen and burning her body so she could never return.

A General's Kidnapping

Shortly after the total destruction of Rit, bases began to be set up across Haven Space, and the surrounding edges of Wild Space. Once such planet, named Lawew, was the home of Haven’s newest outpost. General Jak Ryiea leading the construction efforts personally. Yet one day, communications from the base ended without warning. Fearing the worst, General Tyez’rillia leads an infiltration force to figure out what happened to their forces.

Once inside the base, it becomes clear that something is amiss. Rakghoul like creatures come out of the crevices to attack the rescue team, the group barely making it through the hoards without becomming infected themselves. After the defeat of the wave of enemies, the team finds a small group of soldiers that had baracaded themselves inside. When questioned about the location of General Ryiea, they are informed that the soldiers have no idea about his location.

The soldiers are ordered to make their way to the landing zone for extraction and quarintine before the extraction team continues into the depths of the base. Deciding that the stairs would take too long, General Tyez’rillia authorizes explosive measures. With a giant hole now leading into the heart of the base, the team continues. Though the moment they reach the bottom they are once again surrounded by hoards, and one very large, very ugly, and very infected beast.

They are able to put down the enemies without issue once again, and then they survey the rest of the base. Any remaining survivors are extracted, but General Ryiea is still not found. Deciding to check his office, General Tyez’rillia bursts in with a couple others. Underneath the desk is a brutal scene, a dead body under a desk with a sniper still in hand.

At first General Tyez’rillia believes it to be General Ryiea, and attempts to start CPR - even while the body has long gone cold. The team finds information that General Ryiea had ordered an evacuation, and then had gone missing long before the beasts filled the bases halls. With the new information, Tyez’rillia orders the team to return to the Landing Zone while she retrieves the sniper that had been left behind.

All too soon a comms is broadcasted through Haven’s central system:

|| The Comm channel flickers a second, as if a glitch ran through the system before a voice message would appear across nearly every comm in Haven space.||

“How does it feel…? Knowing you all tried, knowing that no matter what you do, no matter how hard you resist, that nothing but a cold, cruel death awaits you.”

“It’s your foolishness that He died for Xeleria. His blood isn’t on my hands, it’s on yours.”

|| The voice cuts out almost as soon as abruptly as it appeared.||

The Forge

Some time during the extraction from Lawew, a mission is set by the Tsad. A large vessel has been found with markings that insinuate a vessel long past its prime, and belonging to the Mando’ade. A team is gathered to investigate and find the Master Forge.

However, it is not without conflict. Inside of the large ship is a single man, ranting and raving about the strength and pride of the Mando’ade - stating that the current regime has turned away from the voice of Kad. The team quickly beats the man, now known to be named as Tor, and gains access to the forge. However, the man states that required knowledge to use the forge is something only he knows.

One of the Jedi counterparts to the mission states that Tor cannot be murdered after he surrenders, causing confusion and conflict between the strike team. Evony Marez radios into command that they are about to have a prisoner, and was about to ask for orders when Tor is led from the facility. Now under Tsad custody his fate was to be determined - only for him to escape before he can be executed.

A General's Return

With samples, and a determination to find their missing general, not believing him to be truly dead, the Havenites return to The Hope. Having to submit to quarantine for a short period of time stalling their plans slightly. However, before they get a chance to continue their search there is a breach in the hanger.

Now out of quarantine, several people rush to defend The Hope. Only for General Jak Ryiea to have been deposited on the Hanger floor with a vial of a vaccine injected into him. Battered and bruised, several people rush to secure their missing general - but the message is clear. Osiris can get to them even in their own bases.

A Threat, and Another Kidnapping

Just as Haven is starting to get back to business as normal, Xeleria gets a chilling Comms:

|| The sound of something metallic scraping against stone echoes briefly, then fades. ||

"Your husband, Visage, is with me. He is... cooperating. A necessary piece in a grander design, you understand."

|| A dry, humorless chuckle rasps from his throat. ||

"Kad Ha'rangir demands sacrifice. He demands the purging fire that cleanses the weak and illuminates the true strength of the Manda."

"Your clan... they preach a soft path. A path of compromise and sentimentality. My clan died on that path, Xeleria. Abandoned. Left to hold a line that should never have been. They bred weakness, and Kad Ha'rangir culled them."

|| His tone hardens, each word a hammer blow. ||

"Now, it is New Haven's turn for a test, Xeleria. Your husband is the bait... will you come for him? Will you walk into the trap that has been laid. For him? It is a trial. A brutal, necessary trial."

"How they respond will determine their fate. And perhaps... his fate. Do they cling to the illusion of mercy, or do they embrace the ferocity required for true survival? Will they prove themselves worthy of Kad Ha'rangir's gaze, or will they expose the rot I sense within them?"

"Consider your unborn. Consider the lineage you hope to pass on. Will they inherit a legacy of strength, forged in fire, or one of pathetic weakness, born of a clan too soft to face the truth?"

|| The hum returns, growing louder, more menacing. ||

"The choice, and the consequences, are now theirs. And soon... yours."

|| The recording ends with an abrupt, chilling click. ||

Armed with this new information, and a hateful rage, Xeleria orders all hands on deck to find her husband and return him home. The kidnapping affects more than just the ruler of Haven - its reality striking many with a hard blow. It's not too long before Alor Marez receives a similar message:

|| The same distorted hum precedes Tor Kelborn's voice, raw and cutting, but this time with a distinct edge of mocking amusement. ||

"Chad Marez."

|| He lingers on your name, a sneer audible in his gravelly tone.||

"Did you truly believe your empty threats would deter me? Your boasts in my captivity... they were the pitiful cries of a cornered beast, nothing more. A display of primitive aggression, devoid of true cunning or foresight."

|| A harsh laugh rattles through the recording. ||

"You are as simplistic as the 'New Haven' clan you claim to protect. As weak, dare I say, as the broken thing you call Visage. You couldn't even see the strings being pulled while you held me captive. A true warrior looks beyond the immediate, beyond the simplistic."

|| The sound of distant, clanging machinery can be heard. ||

"But Kad Ha'rangir has a purpose for you, even in your foolishness. A final test. I have a proposition for your clan, and for you, Marez. A simple exchange."

|| His voice drops, becoming deadly serious. ||

"Visage, the broken lure you desperately cling to... for information. The coordinates of the Ancient Forge Ship."

|| He pauses, allowing the weight of the demand to settle. ||

"Do not underestimate me, Marez. Do not mistake my offer for weakness. This is a path to strength, a necessary sacrifice. And do not waste your time attempting to trace this signal. My Clan has exceptionally talented slicers in our ranks. Your efforts will be futile, your pathetic attempts at pursuit met only with silence."

"The choice is yours, Chad Marez. A 'life' for a weapon. A fragile man for the key to true Mandalorian power. Show me you are not as utterly useless as your bluster suggests. Show me that Kad Ha'rangir's judgment has not yet claimed all of your clan."

|| His voice pauses a moment to let it all sink in. ||

”You have 8 hours to decide.”

|| The recording cuts out abruptly, leaving only the sound of distant, echoing machinery. ||

Haven and her people begin to work like a fire is on their tail to figure out where their missing King is, and without much luck. General Tyez’ skills are no match to the team of hackers and slicers that Tor has employed. Eight hours later, just as stated a final message comes through:

|| The familiar, distorted hum precedes Tor Kelborn's voice, colder and more cutting than before, resonating with a finality that brooks no argument. ||

"Xeleria. New Haven. Your time for deliberation is over."

|| His voice hardens, each word a chip of ice. ||

"The test continues. Visage still breathes, a testament to my patience, not your worth. But that patience is now at its end."

|| A sharp, metallic clang echoes, as if something heavy has been dropped onto a hard surface. ||

"Bring the coordinates. All files, all schematics, every scrap of data you possess concerning the Forge Ship. Bring it to me. The exchange will take place in the Junk Maw, on Mek-Sha. The rules remain unchanged. The price for his pathetic life remains the same."

|| His voice drops to a chilling whisper, devoid of any pretense of amusement. ||

"Come prepared. Come ready to confront the truth of your weakness, or come ready to claim his corpse from the scrap. Fail to meet my terms, fail to arrive with what I demand, and Visage will become another monument to your clan's softness, another offering to Kad Ha'rangir. His death will be on your hands, Mandalorians, not mine."

"The choice is stark. The consequences, absolute. I await you."

|| The recording cuts out abruptly, leaving only the cold silence.||

The Rescue

As soon as the coordinates are given, a brutal efficiency is started. General Tyez’rillia, General Ryiea, Alor Marez, Dra’coniss, and Junh rush to the coordinates and begin their assault. Worrying items are discovered inside, the green blue ooze of poisons and deceased beasts fill the halls. The team is in perfect sync as they go through the base - at least until General Tyez’rillia starts to see things and becomes paranoid.

They complete the mission, bringing Visage home, but not before alarm bells start ringing on their personal comms about The Hope - indicating a breach. Junh transports the team back to Kajuuti Proper, popping up right in the Hospital. With Junh now out of the game, having strained herself transporting so many people, the rest of the team heads to the hope via shuttle.

Once they arrive a sickening clam is encountered. No alarms flash, no surveillance systems online. Captain Drirnud, using his skills and adaptation, joins the team in the hanger bay. A small battle ensues while General Ryiea works on accessing The Hope’s systems. Captain Drirnud released his hives, gathering intel about the ship and the forces assaulting it.

Once the hanger is cleared, General Ryiea in the systems, and a new Havenite found - the team gets the news that Tor himself is on the ship and about to eject via escape pod. General Ryiea shuts down the escape pods just in time for the team to rush to the bay. Though when they arrive the team realizes that Tor has placed a bomb in the deck under their feet. Captain Drir defuses the bomb and destroys the now ejected pod in one fell swoop.
